August Holidays - Intensive Theatre Programme Monologue For Teens 23 Aug - 27 Aug 04 Focusing on Monologues, the participants will be given a series of monologues to understand characters, emotions, colouring of words etc. Ages: 13 - 17 years old (5 hours X 5 sessions) Time: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm Course Fee: RM 380 inclusive of dinner Registration: RM 50 Presentation: 27 Aug @ 8:30pm Children Theatre Holiday Programme 23 Aug - 27 Aug 04 The objective is to introduce arts performance. Consist of a series of theatre based activities and games to help participants' self-development by tapping into their creativity. Fun-filled, exploratory programme that encourages participants to respond to instructions, be participative, work in team and be focused. Ages: 7-12 years old (4 hours X 5 sessions) Time: 10am - 2pm Course Fee: RM 350 inclusive lunch Registration: RM 50 September 2004 Children Theatre Programme Level 2 Level 2 for children age between 4-12 years old who have had some experience in drama. The objective is to enhance and introduce more theatre activities. Consisting of 3 chapters. Chapter One: Actor's Prep prepares actors with exercises and games, to work on the basic elements of acting; body, vocal, sensory and mind to "open" the participants for character approach and presentation. It will be followed by Chapter 2: Structure of The Actor's Work and Chapter 3: Building Character. Participants will get to at least comprehend the nature of stage acting; the work, skill, creativity and persistence.
