Directed by Brenda Danker and Namron (2009), starring Namron, Nicholas Liew Davis and Maya Tan Abdullah; Gadoh is a short film that turned into a full length feature, which focuses on a topic that Malaysians avoid most of the time: racial discrimination. The story revolves around a group of teenagers who fight each other, flared by racial hatred and violence that’s fuelled further by their surroundings and school system. It took one teacher and her theatre activist friend to change the situation.

Blue Peter’s resident scientist Tom Pringle, also known as Dr Bunhead mixes science and comedy (or slapstick, rather) in his attempt to create a volcano on stage. With such tricks as the ‘fastest fart in the world’ and ‘glow in the dark undies’, expect kids and the young at heart to soon follow this man of science.

The Harlem Globetrotters are an exhibition basketball team that combines athleticism and comedy. The Globetrotters were created in 1926 in Chicago and have since then played more than 22,000 games in 118 countries with having lost only three matches in their entire history. Apart from the exhibition game, the Globetrotters' acts feature incredible coordination and skillful handling of one or more basketballs, such as passing or juggling balls between players, balancing or spinning balls on their fingertips, and making unusual, difficult shots. The whole event is about fun and interaction with the audience, therefore being a truly memorable show for the entire family.

In conjunction with the 2009 World AIDS Memorial Day and the company's 9th anniversary, Heart towards the Sun Theatre will be bringing back Journey of Love. Based on a true story of a young man, a drug addict who decided to turn over a new leaf when he tested HIV+, the story traces the difficult journey he went through from the time when he could not accept the truth right until the time when he began to feel the love of his family and friends.
