Summer Palace (Chinese Restaurant) White Australian Sea Prawns makes it entry to the middle of the year with the variety of preparation that is explored by Chef Liow; Drunken’ White Sea Prawns in Claypot, Stir-Fried Shelled White Sea Prawns in Butter Cream Sauce, Deep-fried Shelled White Sea Prawns in Salt & Pepper, Wok-fried White Sea Prawns in Red Pepper Sauce, Steamed White Sea Prawns in Mayo & Mixed Fruits and Sautéed Australian White Prawns in Salted Egg Yolk. 

Summer Palace provides for any dining soiree. For those opting for private dining, Summer Palace has Private Rooms catering to a maximum of 40 pax, making it apt for business discussions or even family gatherings 

Promotion is available during lunch and dinner time from 1 - 30 June 2015 through an A’ la carte menu priced at RM65 per portion onwards. Summer Palace Chinese Restaurant Operating Hours are daily from 11:30am to 2:30pm for Lunch and 6:30pm to 10:00pm for Dinner.
