"What's My Line?" is an unscripted show format that utilizes 'improv comedy' where the comedians are armed with nothing but their wits, comic sense of timing and more importantly, ideas thrown in by the audiences.
It is an interactive show where professional comedians battle each other in games of spontaneous humor. Songs are created and sung on the spot, while scenarios are acted out with equally insane unpredictability.
Since 1984, ComedySportz, Chicago's premier improvisation company, has been a leader in providing an engaging and highly entertaining form of improvisation. With quick wit and impeccable timing, the professional ensemble of gifted performers may break into a song based on an audience suggested title, parody a day in the life of an audience member, or invite an audience volunteer to join them on stage!
Each show is unique and filled with music, literary characters, pop-culture references and rapid-fire one-liners - fantastic fun for everyone.
