If talent cannot speak fluent English but fluent in Mandarin, then RM21,000.00 will need to be divided into 3 talents which means budget will become RM7,000.00 per talent. Talent specs: 2 females looks like she’s between 22- 25 years old – not a celebrity and NOT a recognizable talent. Preferrably NO TV Commercial exposure yet.
