Nora and Jeka have decided its time to get married. So Jeka brings a nervous Nora back to his house to meet his mother for the first time. But strangely Ma is not at home and Deso, the maid can only say vaguely that she has gone 'shopping and doctor'. "My maid the psycho" laughs Jeka. However as the evening wears on and unwanted visitors come and go, things unravel; Mrs Tee steals some rambutans, Deso and Jeka do a scene from Hamlet and William flirts outrageously with Nora. Meanwhile the table is set for dinner, flies are beginning to hover and amid the chaos of falling rice and toilet plungers Nora wonders just what she has gotten herself into.
A black comedy about a domestic crisis.
