For this upcoming festive season, Serai has come up with a Christmas Set Menu priced at RM120++ per person that features mains of Tarragon de Paris butter roast chicken stuffed with smoked turkey, Tasmanian double brie served with cranberry sauce, Beef Wellington with onion marmalade and Baked salmon with maple syrup and lemon thyme.

Dave Andrew’s 2nd Album Re:covered

Dave Andrew’s recently unveiled his 2nd album Re:covered at a launch at Backyard in Hartamas. It consists of songs from the early to mid 1900′s. In his own words, he has looked back at this rich legacy to find songs and reasons for covering them.  A great song stands the test of time but may occasionally need a new frock to show it off again. RE:COVERED is a celebration of these songs and perhaps an attempt at preserving their longevity, finding some new ears or refreshing some old ones along the way.
