Frigglive decided we badly needed a quacking good time, so we waddled on down to the Toh Yuen Chinese Restaurant in PJ Hilton to sample guest Chef Wang Qiaoyu from Hilton Shanghai serve up his famous delicacy, Peking Duck. The lip smacking specialty is available between 1st – 15th April 2009.
Peking Duck,or Peking Roast Duck is a famous duck dish from Beijing that has been prepared since the imperial era, and is now considered one of China's national foods.
