The workshop will feature three recipes with an Asian flavour. You’ll get to sample Amy’s cooking, as well as various different kinds of US potatoes, such as Russets, Round Reds and the pretty, flavourful Blue & Purple potatoes, and ask Amy all your burning culinary questions!
