Summer Palace has dedicated November to its best requested dish - fresh water prawn cooked in a wide variety of ways by Chef Low. The ideally choices are are steamed with garlic, grilled with mayo, steamed with egg white, wok fried with butter cream sauce, stir fried with fine soy sauce & onion, baked with superior stock, wok roasted with butter & black pepper, wok fried with ginger & onion or braised with glass noodles and milk.
Summer Palace caters for any dining soiree, so for those opting for private dining, they have private rooms catering to a maximum of 40 pax, making it apt for business discussions or even family gatherings.
